take confidentiality extremely seriously and we endeavour to respect this for all parents, carers, children, and young people using our service. However, if we are concerned that you, your child or someone else may be at risk of significant harm then we have a duty to share this information with other services.

do not offer an emergency mental health service nor do we provide 24 hour cover. Therefore, we cannot offer support to individuals who are experiencing current suicidal thoughts, psychotic impulses, or other symptoms that might reflect significant mental distress. In these instances, you are advised to make urgent contact with your GP.

In the event that appointments need to be cancelled or rearranged, please provide us with as much notice as possible in order for us to offer your appointment to someone else. If cancellation requests are received with less than 24 hours notice then 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
